Yasmina Siadatan, series five winner of BBC’s Apprentice has joined Lawrence Price Fitness – which delivers executive personal training specialising in the needs of business executives and professionals.
It seems getting fit can no longer contradict work, instead it has to ‘fit’ seamlessly alongside it, and the benefits beyond personal health should be understood by any business executive that sets the culture of their business.
This philosophy has now become a reality and one that ‘Apprentice’ winner Yasmina Siadatan wants to take full advantage of:
“Keeping fit and healthy is paramount to my lifestyle. From having the natural buzz of feeling fit and strong, to the psychological wellbeing knowing you can fit into your boardroom dresses, it all massively counts towards my day to day performance,” says Yasmina.
Since winning series five of BBC’s Apprentice, highly ambitious restaurant owner and marathon runner Miss Siadatan has been in a £100,000-a-year job working for business csar Lord Alan Sugar’s company, Amscreen Health Care, which sells digital signage to the NHS.
Lawrence Price, co-founder of Lawrence Price Fitness explains: “Those immersed in the business world often find it hard to engage in a specific fitness routine that doesn’t hinder their working commitments”.
He continues: “Many professionals also fail to take advantage of the vast benefits being fit and healthy brings to their working potential.”
